The We Are Kin Skirt features a bespoke, hand painted textile design by the talented artist. The feature motif tells the story of how the clothes were crafted with each hand painted element represents an artisans role in the process. From the farmer who harvested the Organic Cotton, to the designer who sketched the silhouette & the seamstress who sewed each stitch.

IMPACT
This product is made from GOTSCertified, Sustainable, Organic Cotton fabric, that is completely free of the use of synthetic chemicals such as pesticides + fertilisers & are coloured with the use of all natural, non-toxic dyes. This of course, makes them completely biodegradable in a few short months.
This product was crafted in a female-led, Australian production house where conditions are safe & clean, & where the protection of human rights is paramount.
We work with a highly experienced network of home sewers based in Brisbane Australia, with talent carefully curated via Shona at Kershon Clothing.
